Shortfin Mako Shark
The common name is the Mako Shark. It is found in the Gulf Stream or in warmer offshore waters. It has a cylindrical shape with the younger sharks having a clear blackish stain on the tip of their snout. The adults have white snouts.

The common name is the Black Dogfish. It is found on the continental shelves off the coasts of Norway including the Mediterranean, over sandy, gravelly, or muddy bottoms. They have a slender body and a blunt shaped head.

Porbeagle Shark
The common name is the Mackerel Shark. It lives in the cold marine waters of the North Atlantic and Southern Hemisphere. The North Atlantic sharks grow larger than the Southern Hemisphere sharks and differ in coloration. They are gray above and white below. They have large pectoral and first dorsal fins, tiny pelvic fins, second dorsal fins, and anal fins, and they have a crescent-shaped caudal fin. They also have three-cuspid teeth.
